Islay
This is Islay. It's a detached glamping pod in a field near Dalry, Ayrshire.
It sleeps four, but really it's best for two, with another two on the sofa bed if needed. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star, so it's comfortable. It has a hot tub on the patio.
The kitchen area is compact. There's a Smart TV and Wifi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right next to it.
The pod is in a quiet spot. There are a couple of others nearby, but they're spaced out.
Dalry village has shops and a few places to eat. The coast at Seamill and West Kilbride is about ten minutes' drive. Ardrossan, where you get the ferry to Arran, is about fifteen minutes away.
For golf, Royal Troon and Prestwick are roughly twenty minutes by car. The Ayrshire Coastal Path is good for walks. Culzean Castle is well worth a visit, it's about half an hour south.
