Humford Mill Cottage is in Bedlington, Northumberland. It's detached. The back garden is private and looks into the woods. There's a fishpond and a hot tub out there.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. One has a very big bed. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. There's one bathroom with a separate bath and shower.
Inside, there's a main living room with a wood burner, and a smaller second sitting area with a TV. The kitchen is open plan with the dining space. It's modern.
You can bring one dog. There's a country park with stepping stones over the river right next door, which is good for walks. The town centre with shops and pubs is under a mile away.
The coast is about ten minutes by car. Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, Blyth, and Druridge Bay are all nearby. They're good for long beaches.
For history, you've got Hadrian's Wall about half an hour away. Bamburgh Castle and Alnwick Castle are both around 40 minutes' drive. Cragside House is a bit closer, maybe 25 minutes. That's a National Trust place with huge gardens.
If you want to go inland, Northumberland National Park is roughly half an hour. Kielder Water is about an hour's drive.
Facilities: parking for two cars on the drive. Washing machine. WiFi. Cot and highchair are there if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. It's decorated for Christmas if you book over that period.
