The Bungalow is on a caravan park in Pant y ffridd, Powys. The park is award-winning, with 55 acres. You get a bit of private river at the bottom of the garden.
It sleeps six. Three double bedrooms, all on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, one is a family bathroom, the other is a shower room upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable.
The living room is large, and there's a big conservatory on the side that gets the morning sun. There's a separate dining room and kitchen. Up the spiral stairs is a games room and the shower room. Those stairs are a proper spiral, and quite steep. Worth knowing.
Outside, there's a lawn and a patio looking over the river. The park itself has a fishing pool, a fitness hut, a kids' play area, and walking trails along the river.
You're about ten minutes from Welshpool. It's a proper market town with shops and pubs. The National Trust's Powis Castle is there, the gardens are famous. The Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway is worth a trip.
The village of Berriew is five minutes away. It's got a pub, a shop, a tearoom, and a butcher.
Facilities wise: everything's included—electricity, bedding, towels. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. You can bring one dog.
