Apartment At Llanerchydol Hall Llanerchydol

This is the apartment at Llanerchydol Hall, near Welshpool. It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom.

The apartment is in the west wing of the hall. You've got your own front door into that section. The main room is a good size, with a living area, dining table, and an open fireplace you can use. The kitchen is nice, it's a Neptune Suffolk range. Has an induction hob and one of those hot water taps.

The bedroom looks out over the gardens. The bathroom has a double shower and marble finishes. It's a 5 Star place, so everything is high-spec and maintained to that standard. Being a listed building, the windows are single glazed, but the heating is very effective.

The hall is set in about ten acres of its own gardens and woodland. You're free to walk around them. The driveway itself is actually the start of a national trail, so you can step straight out for a walk.

There's a pub at the bottom of the drive, about a five-minute walk. They do food. Welshpool is roughly a mile away for shops and supermarkets.

For a day out, Powis Castle and Garden is close. The Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway is a steam train that goes up the valley. Montgomery, with its castle ruins, is about a fifteen-minute drive. Further afield, you're looking at just over an hour to get into the southern edges of Snowdonia National Park, or to the coast around Aberdyfi.

Practical things: there's dedicated parking right outside the wing. The garden area immediately outside the apartment is enclosed. One well-behaved dog is welcome. All bedding and towels are provided. There's WiFi and a TV.
