Top House is in Forden, Powys. It's right on the border. It's an end-terrace place, old stone built.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. Unusually, each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. That's quite handy. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable.
Entering downstairs, there's a living room with a wood burner and a dining area. The kitchen is separate, around the corner. It has a Rayburn for heating, and an electric hob and oven. There's another small sitting area in there too.
The stairs are fine. They're cottage stairs though, so they're a bit steep and turn at the top.
The garden is private. It's got a patio with seating. There's also a carport, which is good for muddy boots or bikes.
The village pub is a few hundred yards away. They do food. Montgomery is a couple of miles away, it's a nice small town. Welshpool is about five miles. Both have shops and cafes.
For walks, the Offa's Dyke Path is close by. Powis Castle, which is National Trust, is near Welshpool. The Shropshire Hills are about a 25 minute drive.
The facilities are what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site. No pets.
