Beech
This is Beech pod near Llanfair Caereinion in Powys. It's one of four detached pods on the site. They're more like small modern cabins than tents.
It sleeps four, but it's all one open-plan room. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well finished. Everything is on one level.
The main thing is it's quiet. You're in the middle of fields, just off a lane. It's for a couple really, though the sofa bed makes it four if needed. You get your own private hot tub outside the pod.
The facilities list covers most of it: there's a TV, wifi, parking right outside, and bedding and towels are included. No pets allowed.
You're well placed for walking straight from the door. For a day out, the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway is nearby. In about half an hour you can drive to Welshpool for shops, or to Powis Castle. Lake Vyrnwy is good for a walk around the water. The Visit Wales Mid Wales site has other ideas.
If you're coming with a bigger group, you can book the other pods - Oak, Elm, and Chestnut - at the same time.
