The Annex At Is Y Coed Llanfair Caereinion

The Annex is in Cyfronydd, near Llanfair Caereinion. It's a small, ground-floor place attached to the main house, but the floor isn't flat. It's on three different levels inside, so there are a couple of steps between rooms. Something to be aware of if you've got someone with mobility issues.

It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One bathroom with a shower. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and has what you need. You can bring one dog.

Outside, there's a patio area with a table and chairs that's just for you. The views are over fields. There's parking right outside. If you have an electric car, you can charge it here for a small extra cost. There's also a washing machine you can use.

Llanfair town is less than a mile down the road. There's a couple of shops, a garage, and three pubs. The Railway Inn is on the steam railway line. Speaking of which, the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway is right there. Good for a trip.

For walking, you've got Glyndwr's Way and the Montgomery Canal path on the doorstep. Powis Castle is about 20 minutes by car. Lake Vyrnwy is about half an hour away. The roads around here, like the Tanat Valley, are popular with motorbikes.

Inside, it's got a TV, WiFi, and a dishwasher. All bedding and towels are included. The kitchen has the basics.
