This is River View in Pateley Bridge. It's a stone-built cottage, semi-detached. Sleeps three. There's a double bedroom and a single one, and one bathroom with a shower.
It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is what I'd call farmhouse style, with a table. It leads out to the patio. The view from there is the main thing. You look over the fields and you can see the River Nidd at the bottom. It's quiet.
Inside, there's a living room with a smart TV and an electric stove that looks like a wood burner. It's cosy. The stairs are typical cottage stairs, so mind your head.
The town's right there. You can walk to a couple of pubs, some cafes, and the shops. It's good for walking straight from the door into the Nidderdale AONB. Brimham Rocks is about a ten-minute drive. They're impressive. Harrogate is maybe twenty-five minutes by car if you want the shops or the Turkish Baths.
For facilities, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
