Sunrise Villa

Inside, it's a standard layout. The living room has a TV and sofas. The kitchen has what you need, and there's a dining table. It has a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you're bringing little ones.

Clacton itself is right there. The beach and the pier are a short walk away. The town centre has shops and places to eat. The promenade is good for a walk. You can walk along the front to Walton-on-the-Naze, or Frinton is a short drive.
For a day out, Colchester is about half an hour's drive. You've got Colchester Castle there, and Colchester Zoo. There's also a cinema and shopping.
If you like birdwatching, Fingringhoe Wick Nature Reserve is run by the Essex Wildlife Trust and is roughly 20 minutes by car.
In the summer, the Clacton Air Show is on. They sometimes have fireworks on Fridays too.
The main things in the house are a TV, WiFi, the washing machine and dishwasher, the garden, and the parking. It's all included.
