Curlew
Curlew is in Point Clear, on the sea wall. It's a detached house right next to the beach. You're about five yards from the sand. The view is the main thing. It looks directly out over the estuary. You get a wide view from the windows.
It sleeps nine people in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star property, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. The house is on three floors. The stairs are normal house stairs.
The beach is shingle and sand. You can swim there, but check the tides. You can launch kayaks or paddleboards. There's a local watersports park a couple of miles away in St Osyth if you need equipment.
A pub, a cafe, and a takeaway are about 150 yards up the road. The nearest shop is a half-mile walk. For a bigger shop, you drive to St Osyth village, which is two miles.
You'll need a car. Brightlingsea is a ten-minute drive. It's got a harbour and a lido. Colchester is about twenty minutes away. The castle is good, and the zoo is well-known. Colchester Zoo. For a day out, the Dedham Vale area is within half an hour.
What's here: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, bedding and towels are included. There's a patio with a BBQ. Parking is on the driveway. You can bring two dogs. There's a highchair if you need one.
