Gwel Y Don

This is Gwel Y Don in Pentraeth. It's on Anglesey. The cottage sleeps six, but there are only two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other has a double bed and a small single trundle bed. So it's good for families with kids, but maybe a squeeze for three couples.

It's a 4 Star grade. Everything's provided, it's clean and in good order. The bathroom has a shower. There's one parking space.

The village is quiet. You've got a pub within walking distance. The main thing is you're about five minutes in the car from Red Wharf Bay. It's a big, sandy beach. Good for kids.

For days out, Beaumaris is close. The castle is worth a look. Plas Newydd is about twenty five minutes drive. The Sea Zoo is popular if the weather's not great. Newborough Forest and Llanddwyn beach are under half an hour away.

Facilities are all here. Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi. There's a wood burner for the winter. The garden is private, with a patio and a BBQ. You can bring two dogs.
