Pennine View is a semi-detached house in Brampton. It's a quiet village. You can see the fells from the front windows.
It sleeps four, maybe six if two are children. There are three bedrooms upstairs. One has a super king bed that can be made into twins if you ask. There's one bathroom on that floor too.
Downstairs, there's a living room, a separate dining room with a wood burner, and a kitchen. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden is split over two levels, with patio and lawn. It's enclosed, so it's fine for a dog or kids.
The local pub is a few minutes' walk away. It's open Thursday to Sunday. Appleby-in-Westmorland is about two and a half miles for shops.
You're well placed for getting out. The Lake District National Park and the Yorkshire Dales National Park are both within a 30 minute drive. You can walk up into the Pennines from the door. The Settle to Carlisle railway line is close by if you want a scenic train ride.
Facilities: there's WiFi, Sky TV, a dishwasher, and bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved pet is allowed. The property has a 4 Star rating.
