Seagull Cottage is a detached bungalow on the edge of Pagham Harbour. It's all on one floor, which is handy. Sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got the 4-Star rating, so it's in good order.
The garden is enclosed and private, with a patio area. There's a hot tub and a portable barbecue, which you're welcome to use. Parking is on the drive.
Inside, the kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a dining table and a living area with a Smart TV. Bedding and towels are provided. We accept one well-behaved dog.
It's a quiet spot. You're on a lane that runs down to Pagham Beach. The beach is shingle. At the end of the lane there's a cafe, a small supermarket, a newsagent, and a few takeaways. There are good local pubs a short walk away for food.
Pagham Harbour is a nature reserve right on the doorstep. Good for birdwatching and peaceful walks. The coastal path is accessible from here.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got quite a few options. West Wittering for a sandy beach. Chichester for the harbour, the cathedral, and shopping. Fishbourne Roman Palace is worth a visit. Arundel Castle and Goodwood are also in that range.
