Sleeps ten. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's well set up for a family group. The garden is enclosed, which is good for kids and dogs.
Ground floor has a self-contained flat with a double bed and its own kitchenette. Useful if someone wants a bit of quiet. There's a stair lift to the first floor.
Main living space is on the first floor. Big L-shaped lounge and dining room that seats ten. Doors lead out to a balcony overlooking the green and the beach. View is straight out to sea.
Top floor has the master bedroom with a four-poster, a twin room, a bunk room, and the main bathroom.
Selsey itself is a proper seaside village. The shingle beach is just over the road. There's a playground, a skate park, a duck pond. You're five minutes walk from the high street. There's a bakery, butcher, greengrocer, and a good fish and chip shop. The local pub is handy. Dog friendly place.
Parking for two cars on the drive, and usually space on the road outside.
Facilities: WiFi, washing machine, bedding and towels included. Cot, highchair, stairgate available. BBQ and garden furniture in the summerhouse.
Local links for planning: Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve and the South Downs National Park. Chichester is about twenty minutes' drive for the theatre and shopping. Goodwood is about half an hour.
