This is Mae's Lodge. It's a bungalow in Margate, Kent. Detached, so no one next door.
It sleeps six across three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which helps with that many people. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's nice, comfortable. They've kept it modern.
You're about five minutes walk from the beach at Minnis Bay. It's a sandy beach, good for kids, and you can take the dog. The garden faces south, so it gets the sun all day. There's a conservatory as well if you want to sit inside but still be in the light.
Margate itself is about four miles away. The Turner Contemporary gallery is there if that's your thing, and Dreamland. For a bigger town, Canterbury is twenty minutes in the car. The cathedral is the main draw. You can walk the city walls.
The coast path is right there. You can walk to Herne Bay one way or towards Ramsgate the other.
For facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
