Garth Ucha is on the edge of Llanyblodwel, next to a farm. It's a detached cottage. The front looks over fields towards Wales.
It sleeps fourteen. Seven bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's a 4 Star, so it's set up for a group. The house is old in parts. The stairs are steep and some of the doorways are low. You'll probably bump your head a few times.
The kitchen is big enough to cook for everyone. There's a dining room that seats fourteen. For sitting about, there's a main living room with a wood burner and a smaller snug in the older part. There's also a games room with a pool table.
Outside, there's a deck at the front. The garden has a paddock area for kids to run around in. There's a hot tub on the deck, looking out over the fields.
You're in the country here. The pub is about two and a half miles away in Porth-y-waen. Oswestry is the nearest proper town, about fifteen minutes by car. It has supermarkets and shops.
For walking, you're right by the Berwyn mountains and the Shropshire Hills. The Offa's Dyke Path is close. The Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and the Llangollen Railway are about a twenty-five minute drive. You can get into Snowdonia in under an hour.
In terms of what's here: all bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, cot, highchair, and stairgate. The garden is enclosed. Parking for several cars. Sorry, no pets.
