The Coach House is in Oswestry. It's a small town right on the Welsh border. The cottage is part of a courtyard, so you'll have neighbours, but it's quiet.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms upstairs. One double, one single. The single room has a skylight, which is nice. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow, just so you know.
Downstairs is open plan. Kitchen at one end, living area at the other. There's an electric fire for heat. Through the back door there's a small enclosed garden. It gets the sun in the morning. Good for a coffee.
You can walk into Oswestry town centre in about ten minutes. There's a market, some decent independent shops, and a few cafes. There's a supermarket on the edge of town for a big shop.
The big local attraction is Old Oswestry, the hillfort. It's up behind the town. The views are fantastic. It's managed by English Heritage.
You're well placed for trips. Ellesmere is about fifteen minutes away by car. Nice lake and canal there. The Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is over the border in Wales, maybe half an hour's drive. It's a World Heritage Site. Impressive engineering.
In terms of facilities, it's all there. WiFi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car right outside. You can bring two dogs.
There's a pub about three quarters of a mile away that does food. For more options, the Visit Shropshire site has good lists: Visit Shropshire.
