Holly Barn Weston Rhyn

Holly Barn is in Weston Rhyn, just outside Oswestry. It's on its own at the end of a private road. Very quiet, just fields.

It's a barn conversion so the ceilings are high. Sleeps eight, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor. The doors are wide enough for a wheelchair and there's no step at the front, so it works if you've got mobility issues. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's well put together.

There's a shop and a pub about half a mile down the lane. The pub does food. The garden is enclosed, with a patio.

You're about twenty minutes from Llangollen. Good for walking, they've got the steam railway there too. The Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is about a twenty minute drive. It's worth seeing. The National Trust has a few places nearby: Chirk Castle is close, Attingham Park and Erddig are within half an hour.

Offa's Dyke Path is on the doorstep if you like walking. Oswestry Hill Fort is a few minutes away by car, good for views. For something different, Chester is about forty minutes. They've got the zoo and the old rows for shopping. Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall is over the border in Wales, maybe thirty five minutes.

Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. There's parking for a couple of cars right outside.

No pets, sorry. We sometimes decorate for Christmas if you're booking then.
