Bwthyn Clyd
This is Bwthyn Clyd. It's in a row of converted barns, six in total, on the site of an old farm. You look out over the Llangollen golf course. The view is across the valley.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The farm track down to the barns is a bit bumpy, just to warn you. Once you're in, there's parking right at the door. The stairs inside are normal.
You're about two miles from Llangollen itself. There's a pub that serves food about a five minute walk away. A shop is a bit further, just under two miles.
In Llangollen you've got the canal and the river. You can walk up to the castle ruins on the hill, Dinas Bran. The Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is a proper piece of engineering, if you fancy that.
For day trips, Chester is worth the drive. So is Snowdonia, which is about half an hour away for some of the lower bits. The National Trust's Chirk Castle and Erddig are both nearby.
Facilities wise, you've got the washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need one, and there's a stairgate at the bottom.
