It's Pheasants Folly, over in Llanymynech. Shropshire and the Welsh border. The property is a converted barn, detached. It's part of a small group of them, so you might see other guests about, but you've got your own space.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both ensuite, so two bathrooms. You can bring one dog. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished. Underfloor heating, wood burner, that sort of thing. There's a private hot tub in the enclosed garden.
It's a rural spot. Views over fields. Quiet. You'll need a car. The nearest proper shops are in Oswestry or Welshpool, about a 15 minute drive either way.
For walking, Offa's Dyke Path is right on the doorstep. The ridge at Llanymynech itself is good for a shorter stroll. Erddig and Chirk Castle are both National Trust places within half an hour. Shrewsbury is about 30 minutes, nice for a day out. Chester's the same.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, bedding and towels included. There's parking right outside. We provide a cot and highchair if you need them. The garden is enclosed.
