This is Seaspray in Camber. It's a small holiday cottage right on the beach.
It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and has everything you need without being fancy. You can bring one dog.
The main thing is the location. The back deck faces the beach, which is seven miles of sand. You can walk straight out onto it. The dunes here are a bit special and are a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included.
Upstairs, there's a sun lounge. It gets good light, even in winter. The stairs to get up there are steep and a bit narrow, so you need to be careful.
There's a shop and a pub about 50 yards away. The owner provides a parking permit for the local zone.
Rye is a few minutes' drive. It's an old town with cobbled streets and shops. Further along the coast is Dungeness, which is a very different landscape of shingle. You can see Dungeness and the old lighthouse there. The garden at Prospect Cottage is there too.
