The Pine Marten is a flat on the first floor in Avoch. It's an old fishing village, quiet. You can walk to the front in a few minutes.
It sleeps six, but two of those would be on the double sofa bed in the living area. There are two proper bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. That’s useful. It’s got a 3 Star rating, which is about right. It’s clean and it works. The kitchen has what you need.
Outside, there’s a shared garden with a patio and a BBQ. You can park right there.
Avoch itself has a shop and a couple of takeaways a couple of hundred yards away. Fortrose village is just along the road for a few more bits. The really good beach is at Rosemarkie, about three miles. A nice, sandy one.
You’re about twelve miles from Inverness if you need the city or the airport. The Black Isle is good for walks and you might see dolphins from the coast. There’s local golf and riding if that’s your thing.
It takes pets, up to two.
For planning, the National Trust for Scotland and VisitScotland Highlands page are good starts.
