This is Pleasant Point. It's a detached cottage on the edge of Rosemarkie, on the Black Isle. You're on your own here, no one attached.
It says it sleeps four, but it does that with one bedroom upstairs that has an ensuite shower. That bedroom's got a king size bed and two singles in it. It's open plan downstairs, so the kitchen, living and dining area is all one space. It's been done up to a decent standard. It's got the 4 Star rating so it's comfortable, everything works. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Outside, there's a garden with a patio and a barbecue. You can park right next to the house.
It's quiet here. You're a couple of miles from the shop and pub in Rosemarkie proper. The beach is closer, about a mile to walk down to the sands. Rosemarkie itself is a nice village on the coast.
You're in a good spot for getting about. Inverness is about half an hour's drive over the bridge. Loch Ness and Culloden are in that direction too. If you head the other way, you're on the Moray Firth coast. There are distilleries around if that's your thing.
You can take two dogs. All bedding and towels are included.
