Wester Links
Wester Links is a house in Fortrose, on the Black Isle. It's detached, in a quiet cul-de-sac. You're about 200 yards from Fortrose Bay, so you can hear the sea.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. The description mentions there are open or steep stairs, which is worth noting if you have very small children or anyone unsteady on their feet.
You can take up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed, which helps with that.
It’s a good spot if you like walking or golf. You can walk out the door and along to Chanonry Point to look for dolphins. It's known for that. The Fortrose and Rosemarkie Golf Club is very close, just a short walk from the house. The beach at Rosemarkie is sandy and about a mile and a half long, good for a proper walk with the dogs.
There’s a shop, a pub, and a restaurant about three quarters of a mile away in the town. For a bigger shop, you'd drive into Inverness. That’s about a 25 minute drive. Cromarty is a nice old fishing village about 20 minutes away by car.
In the house, you’ve got the basics covered: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot and a highchair if you need them.
