The Farmhouse
The Farmhouse is in Stamford Bridge, which is over near York. It's semi-detached, built as one of a pair. They're in the grounds of a Caravan Club site, but you've got your own garden and parking. The big windows look out over fields, which is nice.
It sleeps up to eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's a family-friendly set-up. We can provide a cot, a highchair, and there's a stairgate. Bedding and towels are included.
You're on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. You can walk straight from the door onto the moors. The town of Hawes is about a five-minute drive away. It's a proper market town with shops, cafes, and a few pubs. The Wensleydale Creamery is there if you fancy it. There's a pub about half a mile walk from the house.
For a day out, York is under half an hour's drive. Stamford Bridge itself has a couple of places to eat. Further into the Dales, you've got places like Semerwater for swimming or sailing if that's your thing.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. You can bring one dog. There's on-site parking.
