The Bothy
The Bothy is on our farm, just outside Blairgowrie. It's a detached cottage, so you won't share any walls. You get your own garden bit with a table.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after and has everything you need. The entrance and the main rooms are step-free, so it works for a wheelchair user getting in and around.
You're on the edge of a working farm. The views from the front are over fields towards the Vale of Strathmore. It's quiet.
Blairgowrie is a couple of miles away for shops and things. There's a local pub within walking distance, about ten minutes. It serves food.
If you like walking, the Cateran Trail is right nearby. For golf, Blairgowrie has its own course. The bigger names like Gleneagles and St Andrews are about an hour's drive.
In winter, the Glenshee ski road is under half an hour away. For a day trip, Dundee or Perth are about 30 minutes. Edinburgh is just over an hour if you fancy it.
Inside, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
