Rose Cottage
Rose Cottage is on a farm just outside Blairgowrie. It's detached. It's got roses round the door, like the name says.
It's for two people only. One bedroom upstairs and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well finished. The living space is all open-plan downstairs, with high ceilings. It feels quite light. There's a gas stove that looks like a wood burner. It heats the place well.
The sofas are comfortable but they are very low. Just so you know.
There's a small patio area outside with a table and chairs. It's a good spot in the evening. The setting is rural, just fields and trees.
Blairgowrie is about five minutes away by car. It's a market town with shops and places to eat. There are three golf courses there if you play.
You're on the edge of the Highlands here. For walking, the Perthshire hills and Angus Glens are right there. Glenshee for skiing is about 25 miles. Fishing is available on the Tay and Isla rivers.
Dundee is about a 30 minute drive. Perth is about the same. If you go a bit further, you can get into proper Highland scenery pretty quickly.
The cottage has a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking right outside. All bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
