Rose Cottage
This is Rose Cottage. It's on the edge of a farm near Kinloch, about a five minute drive from Blairgowrie. It's detached, so it's just you. The name's accurate; there are roses round the door.
It's for two people. One bedroom upstairs, a shower room downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up nicely. The living room and kitchen are open plan, so it feels quite spacious for a cottage. The sofas are comfortable, but they are very low. Something to be aware of.
The stairs to the bedroom are a small, steep flight. The shower room has underfloor heating and a decent rain shower. Outside, there's a patio area with a table and a BBQ.
You're in the countryside here. It's quiet. Blairgowrie has shops and places to eat. For walking, you're close to the Perthshire hills and the Angus Glens. There's fishing on the rivers nearby. The Glenshee Ski Centre is about 25 miles away, so within half an hour if the roads are clear.
The cottage has WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. It's not suitable for pets.
