Jessamine Cottage
Jessamine Cottage is in Blairgowrie. It's a detached bungalow on a quiet street near the town centre. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower.
The garden is enclosed, mostly to the front and side. It's got a bit of a lawn and some plants. There's a patio area with seating and a BBQ. The back door leads straight into the kitchen.
Inside, it's all on one level. The living room has a wood burning stove. It works well and we leave you some logs to start with. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Everything's included: bedding, towels, electricity.
The town is a five minute walk. There's a couple of pubs that do food, some cafes, and the usual shops. The River Ericht runs through the town, good for a stroll. You can pick up the Cateran Trail from there for longer walks.
If you're here for golf, there are two courses in the town and plenty more nearby. For a big day out, Glamis Castle is about half an hour away. Scone Palace is similar. The ski slopes at Glenshee are a 40 minute drive.
You're well placed for getting about. Dunkeld and the Hermitage are 20 minutes north. Perth or Dundee are about half an hour. Edinburgh is just over an hour if you fancy it.
We accept up to two well-behaved dogs. There's a cot and a highchair in the cupboard if you need them. Parking is on the drive at the side.
