Princeland Lodge is a little detached cottage in Coupar Angus. It's at the end of our drive, by the main road. You've got a private garden out the back, and the fields of the house grounds to walk in.
It sleeps three people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom, all on the ground floor. It’s got a 4 Star rating, so it’s well equipped and comfortable. It’s warm and solidly furnished.
The garden here is a work in progress, but it’s coming along. We get a lot of wildlife in the grounds: red squirrels, deer, all sorts of birds. You’ll see more from the kitchen window than you might expect.
The town centre is a few minutes’ walk. There’s a shop, a pub, and a restaurant. It’s a small place, but it has what you need.
You’re in a good spot for getting out. Glenshee for skiing is half an hour away. Blairgowrie Golf Club is five minutes down the road. For a walk, you’ve got the Perthshire hills. For a day trip, Dundee with the V&A Museum is about 25 minutes. Perth is a bit less. St Andrews, Scone Palace, Glamis Castle are all within easy reach.
In terms of what’s here: there’s a washing machine, a TV, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a barbecue in the garden. No pets, I'm afraid.
