The Gregorton Coachhouse is in Blairgowrie, in a quiet bit of town. It's next to our place, but it's detached and you've got your own front door. There's a big garden, nearly an acre and a half, which you're welcome to use.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well kept. It's listed as a luxury property, which I'd say means it's a bit nicer and more spacious than a standard holiday let.
Inside, it's bright and roomy. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are all included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring two dogs.
There's a shop about half a mile away. A pub and a restaurant are about a mile. Blairgowrie itself is a market town. The River Ericht runs through it and the 60-mile Cateran walking trail starts here.
For golf, there are courses in the town and a championship course a mile away. Glenshee, which is the big skiing area, is about half an hour's drive. It's not just for winter, they do mountain biking and other things in the summer.
You can get to a lot of places within an hour or so. Glamis Castle and Scone Palace are close by. For cities, Perth and Dundee are about half an hour, Aberdeen and Edinburgh are a bit over an hour's drive. St Andrews and Gleneagles are also within the hour.
