The Old School House Cottage Kettins

The Old School House Cottage is in Kettins, a small hamlet. It's semi-detached, one of a row of old school houses. There's a small village green out front with a stream.

It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is quite handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. The rooms have high ceilings and wooden floors. There's an open fire in the living room. The kitchen is at the back.

The garden slopes up from the patio. It's sunny and sheltered. You get your own parking space.

Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

The local shop and a pub are about a mile and three quarters away in Meigle. There's a good restaurant in Coupar Angus, about three miles.

It's good for walking and cycling. The paths around here are flat through the farmland. For bigger hills, you're about half an hour from the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. The ski slopes at Glenshee are a 25-minute drive.

Glamis Castle is close by. Dundee and Perth are both about a 30-minute drive for bigger shops or museums. The coast with beaches like Carnoustie is about 45 minutes east.
