Baldowrie Farm Cottage Ardler

Baldowrie Farm Cottage is a two bedroom place up a farm track outside Ardler. It's quiet. You've got fields all around.

It sleeps four. There's two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin. One bathroom. The stairs are standard cottage stairs, so mind your head if you're tall.

The back garden is fully enclosed, which is good for dogs or kids. It's a proper garden, not just a patio.

Inside, it's comfortable. There's a woodburning stove in the lounge. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's well looked after. It's got all the basics: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.

You can bring up to two dogs. We provide a cot and highchair if you need them.

The local pub, The Weavers, is about two miles away in Newtyle. They do food. For shops, you'd go to Coupar Angus or Blairgowrie, both about a ten minute drive.

If you like walking, you're right on the edge of the Cateran Trail. The quiet lanes around here are good for cycling too.

For a day out, Glamis Castle and Scone Palace are within half an hour's drive. Dundee, for the V&A museum or the Discovery, is about 25 minutes away. You can get into Perth in under half an hour. If you want proper hills, you can be at the southern edge of the Cairngorms in about 45 minutes.
