Bramble Cottage is in Meigle. It's a semi-detached cottage in a field, facing the Sidlaw Hills. It's quiet. You can hear birds.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. That's handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. It's comfortable. The stairs are normal.
The garden is enclosed. There's a woodburning stove for cooler nights, a washing machine, and WiFi. We include bedding and towels. You can bring two dogs.
The village shop and a couple of pubs are in Meigle, about a mile and a half away. They're fine.
For walks, the Angus Glens are close. You can be up in them in under half an hour. Glamis Castle is about twenty minutes drive. Scone Palace and Perth are maybe half an hour. St Andrews, Carnoustie, and places like that are within an hour. If you want to go to the Highlands, you can be on a proper road north in no time.
Golf is nearby at Alyth and Rosemount. For skiing, Glenshee is about twenty-five miles. There's fishing on the River Isla.
