Curlew Cottage Ruthven

Curlew Cottage is on our farm, about three miles from a shop and a pub. It's completely detached, so it's quiet. You're in the middle of fields.

It's a single-storey cottage, so everything's on the ground floor. It sleeps two. One bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The rating is 5 Star, which means it's been finished to a high standard.

The main room is open plan with a kitchen area and a wood burner. The ceiling is high and there are big windows. You look out onto the garden and the fields. It's a working farm, so you'll see tractors and cattle sometimes.

The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing dogs. We allow two. There's parking right outside the door.

You're in the Vale of Strathmore. It's mostly farmland and fruit growing. For a day out, Glamis Castle is close by. Perth is about a twenty minute drive. You can get to the edge of the Highlands, Edinburgh, or St Andrews in under an hour if you want to explore.

Facilities: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, and WiFi. All bedding and towels are provided. The property is wheelchair accessible.
