Woodland's Clough

Woodland's Clough is a cottage on our farm at Dunford Bridge. It's high up, about 1250 feet. The view from here looks right out over the reservoir and the moors. It's quiet. You'll hear sheep.

The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a wood burning stove. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. The Wi-Fi works.

Being a farm cottage, the doors are a bit low in places. The track up to it is a farm track, so it's a bit bumpy. You can bring two dogs.

You're right on the edge of the Peak District National Park. You can walk straight from the door onto the moors or join the Trans Pennine Trail. Winscar Reservoir is just down the road for a gentler stroll.

Holmfirth is about four miles away. That's where you'll find shops, pubs, and cafes. It's the Last of the Summer Wine place.

Within half an hour you can drive to Cannon Hall Farm or the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Places like Buxton or Castleton in the Peak District are about an hour's drive.

There's parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included.
