Hill View
Hill View is in Dalbeattie, in Dumfriesshire. It's a detached bungalow in our grounds. It's peaceful here, you get your own space, and there's a view over the fields from the front.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a comfortable, clean place. It feels spacious inside.
There's a shop and a pub about a mile away in the town. The pub does food. The kitchen has a dishwasher. You get towels and bedding, and there's on site parking. There's a garden area with furniture. WiFi is included.
You're in good walking and cycling country here. The 7 Stanes mountain biking trails at Dalbeattie Forest are very close. If you drive a bit further, the Galloway Forest Park is brilliant for scenery and wildlife. The hills are right there.
The coast is about a twenty minute drive. There are some good sandy beaches that way, like Sandyhills, and rocky bits to explore. The sailing's at Kippford.
Other things within about half an hour: there's golf at Southerness, and you can get to Castle Douglas or Kirkcudbright for a look around. Dumfries is about twenty five minutes if you need bigger shops.
No pets, sorry. There's bike storage if you're bringing them.
