Rosdail is in Inverinate. It’s a detached bungalow, so most of it is on the one level. That's handy if stairs aren't your thing.
It sleeps six, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s a 4 Star place, so it’s comfortable and well-kept, not just a basic box.
The main thing is the view. The living area has big windows looking out over Loch Duich towards the Kintail hills. You can sit in there and watch the weather roll down the loch all day. It’s not overlooked at all.
There’s a proper footpath that starts right from the garden gate. You can walk down towards the water, and then from there you get a really good view of Eilean Donan Castle across the loch.
For shops and a pub, it’s about two miles to Dornie. They have what you need. The pub there does food.
If you want to explore, you’re in a good spot. The road over to the Isle of Skye is just a few miles down the road. There’s hill walking everywhere you look. If you fancy a drive, the Applecross road, the Bealach na Bà, is about an hour away. That’s part of the North Coast 500.
Inside, it’s got a woodburning stove for chilly evenings, a dishwasher and washing machine, and there’s on-site parking. The garden is enclosed. Bedding and towels are included.
