Creagan Ruadh

Creagan Ruadh is in Ratagan, by Loch Duich. It's a detached house, so no one's next door. The garden's enclosed if you've got a dog.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which is fine. It's warm and dry and everything works. It's been done up well.

The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the loch to the Kintail mountains. You can sit and watch the weather come in. We've seen otters from the window sometimes.

You're right here for the hills. The Five Sisters of Kintail are basically on the doorstep if you walk. Good mountain biking too. The local shop is about half a mile.

You can get the summer ferry to Skye from nearby, which saves going all the way around to the bridge. Plockton is a nice drive along the coast for a trip out. They do boat trips to see seals.

Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, and a woodburning stove. Bedding and towels are included. Parking for one car right outside. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
