Shoreside is one of three bungalows on the site here in Inverinate. It's all on one floor, which is good. You get your own little garden area out the front, facing the loch.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well kept. Everything's open plan inside.
The view is the main thing. You look right across Loch Duich to the Five Sisters mountains. There's a hide down by the water's edge for watching wildlife. We get seals and porpoises in the loch, and a pine marten visits the gardens regularly.
There's a shop a few minutes walk away. A pub nearby too. For a proper shop or a restaurant, you'd drive to Kyle of Lochalsh. That's about ten minutes. The bridge to Skye is there.
You're well placed for getting out. Eilean Donan Castle is just down the road at Dornie. For walking, you're right on the edge of the Kintail mountains. The Falls of Glomach are a bit further on, up past Dornie.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets, I'm afraid. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
