Caberfeidh

Caberfeidh is on the road that goes up to Skye of Curr. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. You get the garden around it to yourselves. It looks out over the River Dulnain.

It’s for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating, which means it’s comfortable and warm. Everything works.

It’s quiet here. There are pine woods right next to you, so you’ll hear birdsong and might see red squirrels. The garden is enclosed.

You’re in the Cairngorms National Park. Grantown-on-Spey is about three miles away for shops and places to eat. Aviemore is maybe a fifteen minute drive, if you need supermarkets or more facilities.

For things to do, you’re in the middle of it. You can walk straight from the door. For bigger walks, biking, or watersports, you drive to places like Loch Morlich or Glenmore. Good information is on the Cairngorms National Park site.

If you want to go further, the Moray Firth coast is just over an hour away for dolphin spotting. Royal Deeside is about the same drive the other way.

Inside, it’s got a woodburning stove for the cooler evenings. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine. The shower is over the bath. TV and WiFi work. Bedding and towels are included. There’s parking right outside. No pets.
