It sleeps five. Two bedrooms upstairs, and two bathrooms; one downstairs, one upstairs. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other has a double and a single bed together. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable.
There are two wood burning stoves. One in the kitchen diner, one in the living room. The living room has French doors that go out to the garden. The garden is lawned. There's parking for one car on the gravel at the front.
The town's shops, pubs, and restaurants are a couple of minutes' walk away. There's a good golf course here too. The cottage is about halfway between the Cairngorm and Lecht ski areas, so it's popular in winter.
