Baravullin is a single-storey cottage in the hills above Benderloch. It's detached, so you're on your own. You get the whole garden, which is fenced. The lawns are decent for sitting out.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to worry about. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.
The place is quiet. You're down a single-track lane, a couple of miles from the main road. You can see the water, Tralee Bay, from the garden. It's a ten minute drive down to the beach at Tralee.
Benderloch village has a small shop and a pub. Oban is about a fifteen minute drive. That's where the bigger supermarkets are, the train station, and the ferry port if you're heading to the islands.
You're well placed for the islands like Mull, and the sea life centre is just down the road. For a good walk, the Forestry Commission tracks around Glen Creran are easily reached. You can drive to the foot of Ben Cruachan in about twenty minutes.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, towels and bedding are included. WiFi is here but it's rural, so it's okay for browsing, not for streaming films. We accept up to two dogs.
