Fasgadh Cottage is in Port Appin. It's down a lane right by the water. The view from the deck is just the loch and the hills. It's quiet.
It's a three-bedroom place and it sleeps six. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which is handy. The main door is level and the rooms are fairly spacious inside, so it works for wheelchair access. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
There's a proper deck with furniture. You can sit out there with a coffee and watch the ferries chug over to Lismore. The village shop is about half a mile up the road. They have most things. The pub and the seafood restaurant are there too. The restaurant is very good, you'd need to book.
You'll see wildlife. Seals and porpoises are common on the loch. Otters are around but they're shy. If you want a guided look, there are wildlife tours you can book from the area.
For getting out, you're well placed. Glencoe is about a 25-minute drive. It's dramatic, just like the pictures. Oban is about half an hour south for ferries or bigger shops. Fort William is about 40 minutes north. You're on the edge of some good walking country.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right there.
