This is Dalnafeidh Beag. It's a one bedroom flat for two people, on our croft in Appin. We've done it up recently. You get your own door and a little seating area outside.
The bedroom has its own shower room. The living area is all open plan, with the kitchen and a table. There are patio doors out to the seat. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.
The place is on a working croft. That means you'll see livestock in the fields and we'll be going about our business. You'll often see deer right outside, sometimes quite close.
You can walk down to Appin Bay in about ten minutes. The view from the Jubilee Bridge there is famous, you look right out to Castle Stalker on its island. The village has a couple of good places to eat and a shop.
For walking, you're right in the middle of it. There are coastal paths and plenty of big hills within half an hour's drive, including Glencoe. The Sustrans cycle route is at the bottom of the hill if you want to bring bikes. You can hire electric ones in the village.
Port Appin is a few miles away. Oban is about half an hour south, that's where you get ferries to the islands like Mull. Fort William is about half an hour north, for Ben Nevis and that sort of thing.
Inside, it's got a washing machine, TV, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. It's all on the ground floor and there are no steps to get in.
