Dundonald Landing Palm 1 is a lodge near Ardchattan. It's about thirty metres from Loch Etive. Detached. South facing.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's kitted out to a high standard.
There's a big open plan living area with a kitchen and a sofa. Glazed doors open onto the deck. You get a barbecue and the private hot tub is out the back.
The design is modern. There's a bar area, mood lighting, a big TV. It's comfortable.
You can use the private jetty and slipway onto the loch. It's suitable for launching a small boat or kayak. Good spot for fishing.
The access road is single-track. It follows the loch shore and is quiet for walking or cycling. The Ardchattan Priory gardens are along it.
It's about an hour's walk to Benderloch or Connel. They have shops, cafes, and pubs. The Tralee beaches are over that way too, and the Ben Lora woodland walk.
It's a good base for cycling. The Oban to Fort William cycle path is nearby. It uses old railway lines and is mostly traffic-free.
Oban is about seven miles away. It's a proper harbour town with ferries to the islands. You can get most things there.
Lots to see within an hour's drive. Glencoe, Fort William, Inveraray Castle. The ferry from Oban goes to Mull, Lismore, and other islands.
Facilities: it has a dishwasher, WiFi, parking, all bedding and towels included. No pets.
