Dundonald Landing - Palm 1
Dundonald Landing - Palm 1 is a lodge near Ardchattan, on the shore of Loch Etive. It's detached and sleeps four.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both en-suite. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's fitted out well. The open-plan living area has a wood-burning effect stove and big doors that open onto the deck. There's a hot tub out the back, which is private.
You're about thirty metres from the loch shore. There's a private jetty and slipway you can use if you have a small boat or kayak. The access road is single-track, good for a quiet walk or cycle along the water.
The nearest villages are Benderloch and Connel, about an hour's walk away. They have shops and pubs. Tralee Beach is over that way too, which is sandy and good for a walk. Oban is about seven miles, so twenty minutes by car. That's where you'll find most of the shops, restaurants, and the ferry terminal for the islands.
Within a thirty minute drive you can get to Glencoe, or the Ben Lora woodland walk. Fort William and Inveraray are both about an hour away if you fancy a day trip.
Facilities: there's parking, wifi, a dishwasher, bedding and towels are included. No pets.
