Fron Ganol
Fron Ganol is in Llanfair Talhaiarn, just outside the village. It's a single storey cottage, but it has a high ceiling with a mezzanine level inside.
It sleeps four. There's one proper bedroom with a double bed downstairs, and another double bed up on the mezzanine, which is open to the room below. So it's flexible, but not totally private. There's one bathroom with a shower.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It's a good standard, comfortable and clean. The log burner works well and is nice in the cooler months.
You get the front garden to yourselves. It's a decent size, gravelled, with a table and chairs. The view is over fields. It's quiet.
In terms of things to do, you're well placed. The coast at Abergele, Pensarn, and Towyn is about a ten minute drive. Colwyn Bay is about fifteen minutes. For walking, you're right on the edge of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley. Conwy Castle and town is about twenty minutes away. Llandudno and the Great Orme are within half an hour.
For facilities, everything's included: electricity, wifi, bedding and towels. There's a TV, parking for two cars, and it's a rural property so you'll need a car. You can bring up to two dogs. It's Christmas themed in December.
