Hill House is in Snape village. It's a detached house. The main thing is that it's got a covered outdoor bar area at the bottom of the garden. That's slate-topped, with power, lighting and a beer fridge. People seem to like it.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's nicer than most but it's not a show home. Everything's new and works. The stairs are standard.
You're a short walk from Snape Maltings. There are concerts, shops, a café and the river there. The local pub is about five minutes walk away.
The coast is about ten minutes drive. Aldeburgh is ten minutes south. You've got the beach, the High Street, and that big shell sculpture. Southwold is twenty minutes north. That's where the Adnams brewery and the pier are.
The RSPB Minsmere reserve is a ten minute drive. It's good for birdwatching. The Suffolk Coast Path runs through there if you want a long walk.
For a drive out, the Norfolk Broads are about half an hour away. You can hire day boats at Wroxham.
There's private parking for two cars, which includes an electric vehicle charger. The garden is enclosed. Inside, there's a wood burner, a Smart TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two dogs.
