You're about a five minute walk from the beach. It's a long, sandy beach. They're doing some work on it, putting in new huts and things. It's good for a walk, or if it's windy you'll see the kite surfers out.
The local area is flat and unusual. Dungeness is just down the road. It's a big nature reserve, all shingle and big skies. The old sound mirrors are there. The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway is a good way to see it. It's a proper miniature steam train.
For a day out, Rye is about 20 minutes by car. It's an old town with cobbled streets. Folkestone has the Creative Quarter and the harbour. You can get to both in under half an hour.
The bungalow has WiFi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets.
