Seagrass is a bungalow in Lydd on Sea, right across from Greatstone beach. It's detached and has a patio garden. You get a good view of the sea from there.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. Everything is on one level, so it's good if stairs are a problem.
The beach is about 50 yards away. It's a big, sandy beach. You'll see people doing sand yachting and parasailing sometimes. The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway runs behind the house. It's a model steam railway, so you'll hear and see the little trains going past occasionally.
There's a pub about a 20 minute walk away. For shops and more places to eat, you'd drive to New Romney, which is about 15 minutes away. Lydd has the basics.
If you want to explore, Rye is about a 20 minute drive. It's an old town with cobbled streets. Dungeness is about 15 minutes the other way. It's a strange, flat shingle beach with a lighthouse and a power station. The National Trust Rye Harbour nature reserve is nearby too.
Facilities wise: there's parking, WiFi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible from the entrance. No pets, sorry.
