This is Fulmar. It's a single-storey cottage right on the shingle beach at Dungeness. You look straight out at the sea. On a clear day you can see the white cliffs and France over to the left.
It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well looked after. The floor is wooden throughout, which works with the sand and shingle. There's a covered deck out the front with seating and a barbecue, facing the water.
The whole place is on one level, so no stairs. You can park right by it.
Out here it's just you, the sea, the shingle and the sky. It's quiet. The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway goes past sometimes, a little steam train chuffing along the coast. You're a short walk from the Pilot Inn pub. They do good food.
If you want to go out, Rye is about half an hour's drive. Dover Castle is a similar distance. The RSPB sanctuary at Dungeness is right on your doorstep if you like birdwatching.
Inside there's a woodburning stove, a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine. All bedding and towels are included. Sorry, no pets.
